Egild was originally given birth by an extraordinary sadistic demonspawn from hell, known as Sejwulf, but hobgoblin-experts all over the world agree that Egilds biological birth givers are non other than the particularly slimy snail-couple, Slim and Slimerim, (which explains a lot about his slimy and disgusting behaviour).

However, Egild turned out to become some kind of a cross between human and hobgoblin. You can clearly see that his physical appearance is affected by that, and of course by his snail DNA.

Egilds noble mission in life is to get rid of all existing evils in the universe, and off course, to get laid as often as possible. By doing that, he is guaranteed to get into snail-heaven when his death occurs. Especially vampire hunting is one of his stronger good deeds.

The hobgoblin side of his nature has given him excellent skills in, well, nothing really, but he is blessed with useful skills in rengjøring. He also benefits from his strong nose in economic issues, such as gambling and natural money growth.
